CPG is proud to announce that three rooftop solar projects that have been under development with Duke Realty, Black Bear Energy, and Luminace have broke ground in Baltimore City. These three 1.5MWac rooftop projects will operate as Aggregate Net Metering facilities that will provide discounted renewable energy to a non-profit organization in the Baltimore region. The CPG team was grateful to visit the construction site on March 29th to see the progress being made on panel installation and wiring, and we wish to thank our partners for working with us to advance renewable energy! These projects on top of industrial buildings will be operational by early Summer 2022.
